The Department of Biosafety is committed to providing quality services by ensuring the efficient implementation of the following services:
- All inquiries/concerns regarding the department's services will be acted upon within 3 working days from the date the inquiry is submitted;
- Issue a decision letter of the National Biosafety Board (NBB) Meeting to the applicant within 5 working days; and
- Issue a letter of acceptance for the application of contained use activities within 14 working days.
